i2 Integration recently implemented a secure, HIPAA-compliant Health History and Pre-Registration system for Covenant Healthcare of Saginaw, Michigan.

The i2 Integration Health History Submission Form allows Covenant Healthcare patients to submit basic health history information through the existing public website, while the i2 Integration Pre-Registration Form allows upcoming Covenant Healthcare patients to submit pre-registration data prior to a hospital visit.
